What original gift can I send to clients for the holidays?

I want to send out small gifts to my clients. I don't want to just to lame gift baskets; they're over-priced and impersonal. I would like to do something that is unique to Seattle as my clients are all over the country. I want to spend $25-$30 a person including shipping and I want the presents to be non-holiday specific.
I've looked at sending out stuff from cupcake royale and the dahlia bakery (won't ship well) and from the flying fish folks at Pike Place (way too expensive). Does anyone have any good suggestions

    Smoked salmon.

Whenever I travel, I always bring some smoked salmon as a thank you gift to people who are hosting me in another city. It's always a winner. You can get one of those nice alder wood gift boxes of smoked salmon for about $25 and ship it US mail for around $5 to anywhere in the USA. It's distinctly Seattle, and it's always appreciated.

Most of the online stores sell them for $30 to $35 (Amazon, Madeinwashington.com, etc) but I see them all the time at Fred Meyer for $19.99 or so.

What about local chocolates? You could send out a selection of Fran's chocolates or something from Theo's. The Chocolate Box on Pine St:

Has a great selection of local chocolates in bar and truffle form.

A bottle of nice prosecco also makes a lovely gift. You can find good bottles for less than $15 at places like Trader Joes and even Whole Foods.

Go with the salmon! People love it and the boxes are reusable when I was living on the east coast and came back for holidays people would beg me to bring fish and crab back. Half my bag would be for fishy goodness
