How do I pose a question to the entire city of Seattle?

What is the best and most cost affective avenue(s) for asking Seattlites questions without excluding a person or group of people from being able to answer? My key worry is accessibility to the poll being taken.

Thanks!

Maybe try asking the actual question and see where that goes, if you want it to get to seattalites outside of qland you could mention that in the qPuestion and we can all take it from there ( someone might say something like this question is about dogs therefore ask the local animal shelters) without knowing what you want to know we can't really help you especially if it's in the purely hypothetical state your question is in now

Are you willing to spend money? There are phone polling companies that will help with reaching an audience. You could also hire a few people and come up with a plan for randomly choosing a selection of people from the phone book.

I'm not sure what sort of question you're asking. Are you looking for information about whether a product would sell well here? Maybe a focus group would help. Are you looking for the city's opinion on local or national politics? Someone else may have already crunched those numbers for you.

    Various phone polling companies:
