    Their website doesn't list anything about classes, but if you follow @trophycupcakes on twitter or check them on facebook, they often mention events.

    For example, apparently a few spots have opened up in the holiday decorating class. Event information listed here https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=314722011886859

    I've never been to any of the classes but I'm sure reading more on their FB or giving them a phone call will fill in the details. Good luck and have fun!

    With no answer showing up to your question I had to go and read about this place and their products.

    There are certainly ways to communicate with Jennifer Shea through their website and I suggest you write directly to her and ask about the possibilities. However, as a person that has developed proprietary recipes that obviously have captured the taste preferences of many folks, the last thing I would expect would be that she would share any of those secrets with you.
