How can I rotate & view virtical video images shot by a digital camera in the correct orientation on PC?

I'd like to know if there's a way to rotate vertical videos and view them in the correct orientation on PC. (I have Windows 7, and it uses a media player) As far as I see on the interface, there's not a "Rotate" button to fix the sideway-image when it comes to videos.... Any solution??

    You can flip them using Movie Maker
