What's the best place to see Christmas lights and decorations?

I have a friend coming into town for Thanksgiving, and I want to take him around to see some awesome Christmas lights. What's the best place to see Christmas lights and decorations in/around Seattle?

Olympic Manor is my favorite...tons of lights and things to see.

Candy Cane Lane is fun and more impressive, but it's much smaller and there's usually traffic backups. Plan your visit accordingly.

Oh, and I think most of these places take donations for local charities, usually small cash or canned food. Bring some along when you go.
