Best Source for an unbrined turkey?

I am not as sophisticated cook as many here and I am also on a budget. I don't want one of the fancy schmancy turkeys--organic, free range, heritage, fresh etc are not adjectives I want to pay for. In the past I have been perfectly happy for the plain old store brand turkeys. However, in the last couple of years it appears all are enhanced with a 12% brine/chemical solution. I want to cook my turkey with the Alton Brown Good Eats recipe which calls for brining. I don't want to double brine my turkey. Where can I find a plain bird? If not can I use one of the store turkeys and still brine it with the Good Eat's recipe?

One good option for you is PCC. They carry un-brined birds from Diestel. http://www.pccnaturalmarkets.com/producers/meat/diestel.html

I have a query into Whole Foods and a few others, too, but I know people who rave about the Diestel birds.
