Where can I find ustipak?I used to frequent Ziba's Pitas food truck in Portland, which recently shuttered its trailer. There, Ziba made a Bosnian bread called "ustipak," which is like a sour dough knot (not to be confused with a doughnut). It made my world go round, and now it's gone. Anyone know where I can find them or how to make them well? I've looked up various recipes, but all of them seem to be missing something--the texture, flavor, etc never measures up. Help. |
