Who was in the motorcade I saw? for Questionland Seattle

Who was in the motorcade I saw?

Today around 3:15pm, I was driving westbound on 520 between Montlake and Seattle and ended up right between a motorcade. Three big tour-style buses, and a bunch of lights-flashing police motorcycles were creating a bit of a bottleneck.

I didn't see any news about someone famous being in town... who was it? Anyone know?
