Was Allen Carr's Easyway easy for you?Just curious if there are any ex-smokers out there who successfully quit smoking after reading Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking. I've attempted to read the book twice and have not finished it. Also tried quitting cold turkey, the patch, gum, Wellbutrin, and electronic cigs. So far, nothing has worked. Only thing I haven't tried is acupuncture. Anyhow, I'm tempted to give the book another shot. Any insights? Thanks. |
