My first guess would be Cost Plus World Market. It might be worth calling one of their stores to check.

Well, you're in luck! I was there last night and they DO have them. They came eight to a box, in assorted wrapper colors/designs. I was at the Alderwood store and they were in a big display right ahead of you as you walk in the door. I seem to remember they were about $14.
