Tasty, not too expensive food near Cinerama?

Not super familiar with that area and would like to find good food that won't break the bank. Thanks!

Serious Pie is a good suggestion. Other options nearby include:

Ralph's Grocery - they have a deli with great sandwiches, salads, pizza and soups and a small seating area where you can eat. The prices are pretty good and so is the food. Also, they're open until 2:00 am.

Palace Kitchen - this is another Tom Douglas restaurant. Although their dinner prices are a bit spendy, they have a great happy hour with both food and drink specials.

Icon Grill - I haven't been to the Icon in a while, but I know they used to have an awesome happy hour. If memory serves they had a number of food items that were in the $6-$8 range.

One of my favorite restaurants in that neck of the woods is Serious Pie. It's famous chef Tom Douglas' take on Pizza with a Seattle twist. Not too spendy, but oh so yummy. http://tomdouglas.com/index.php?page=serious-pie

Oh no! My answer (which was VERY long) got lost somehow and it just posted 3 sentences, out of order. I'll try this again!!

If you don't mind walking six blocks, my favorite place in the world (only slightly hyperbolic) is Tilikum Place Cafe. The folks on yelp agree with me that it's lovely and serves absolutely delicious and carefully crafted food at approachable prices. And, if you're up for the 6 block walk, you won't get lost, as it's still on 4th...just follow it the whole way. http://www.tilikumplacecafe.com/

And now, for places within 2 blocks-ish.

Icon Grill has the most epic hot fudge sundae. Honestly, have not been able to finish it when 3 of us ordered it as our only lunch once, but we came close. Several scoops of vanilla in a large sugar cone bowl. Hot fudge is applied tableside. And they have one of those "baked potato toppings" servers where you can add strawberries, whipped cream, m&m's, nuts, etc. Meals are decent...some wonderful, some just ok. Prices aren't super cheap, but the servers have always been very good.

Palace Kitchen, outside of happy hour, is pretty pricey, although it IS tasty. And you can get a slice of the famous Dahlia Lounge banana cream pie here. They don't take reservations, so it's sometimes hard to get in.

I've been really impressed with the southwestern inspired food at Spitfire Grill. Their happy hour is ridiculous, but even at normal prices, it's very approachable, and better than your average pub grub.

Serious Pie can be fun, although it's still Tom Douglas prices (high teens), and some friends think the pizza toppings are "too weird." So, if you're with less adventurous pals, at least check their menu online first.
