Where can one find popular American DVDs in foreign languages?

I want to buy a copy of "The September Issue", the 2009 documentary about Vogue Magazine for my sister-in-law who speaks Portuguese. Sounds easy, right? I don't know why it's so hard! Amazon doesn't have anything. Online searches, even with the Portuguese title "A Edição de Setembro", doesn't yield anything. She has an all-region DVD player so that's not a problem. If I'm just a dummy, that's fine. But a dummy with the perfect gift would be very grateful. Anyone with knowledge on the subject please assist!

One of the best resources in Seattle for finding obscure videos is Scarecrow Video on Roosevelt http://www.scarecrow.com/

If they can't find it, it doesn't exist.

Looks like you can download it from websites. "The September Issue, Portuguese subtitles" keyword will get you to those sites.
