Are your kids adventurous eaters? Blue C Sushi, with the sushi (and many other things) on a conveyor belt is endlessly entertaining to the small people I know.

It isn't downtown proper but just a streetcar ride away is Duke's on Lake Union. There is a fountain on the fox outside on one side, the dock and lake views, and a play area to the south which is great in nice weather.

Mexico on the top of Pacific Place can be good, it depends on what you order. You can easily walk your toddler around while you are waiting for your food to arrive.

Serious Pie might be fun. It's pretty casual, and what kid doesn't like pizza?

I took my 8 and 10 year old daughters to Boca. They have small plates, excellent truffle fries and delicious cocktails for the grown ups. There's also a big fireplace room right next to the restaurant that's super cozy. I think you can eat in there too. We all had a great time.
