I have so much baked ham leftover from Christmas! What do I make with it??

I hope someone will have some good ideas. I'm planning on making bean & greens soup with the bone and some up the ham--but we have a lot left. Any suggestions?

    Panini Sandwiches

And leftover veggies & make quiche

    Ham Salad Sandwiches

Casserole - I love to add leftover ham to my standard broccoli& cheese casserole.

Breakfast burritos - toss some eggs & such, throw in the ham, and freeze for quick breakfast or anytime snack

    Salad topping

    Omelets

Loaded potatoes - Fix them & freeze them. Easy quick snack or side for dinner later

Zing up baked mac 'n cheese with ham - My kids luv this one

Pizza! - Another kid favorite here

Cheddar & Ham biscuits - Just shred some cheddar, dash of garlic, dice the ham and add it to your favorite drop biscuit recipe.

Or you can just freeze it to use later. I'll dice some up and freeze to use late as add-ins for salads & such.

Chef salad and Split pea with ham soup (boil the bone to make stock first).

Adding to ideas listed by others:

Slice thin, cut into matchbook size pieces (lardons) and fry some up to use as a salad topping (use arugula and/or frissee). [If you have Virginia Willis's Basic to Brilliant, Y'all, she has a fantastic recipe for this.]

Grilled ham and cheese is simple and always delicious, especially if you use sourdough bread.
