Are there any sushi making classes in Seattle?A friend and I go out for sushi on a fairly regular basis, and recently we've talked about learning how to make it ourselves. Are there any places that offer classes on making sushi, or are there better ways to learn? I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat fish, but I assume that any sushi classes would involve touching fish, so I can probably get over that if need be by getting drunk before.
