Opinions on Forks Over Knives?

I have recently ordered the "Forks Over Knives" DVD and book to watch and read.
There are loads of reviews online that pick apart various parts of the information and documentation. Has anyone here viewed these materials and have an opinion to share.
I have read that there appears to be careful editing of terms so as to not specifically use the words 'vegan' or 'vegetarian', and certainly there are folks that live their lives by those standards that would express the health benefits of such a lifestyle.
