Who's got the best bagels in Seattle?

It's time, once again, for the Stranger's annual Breakfast & Brunch guide! We want to include some of Seattle's favorite breakfast places in the guide, so we're turning to the Questionland community for suggestions. You guys are smart. So tell us, who has the best bagels in Seattle? (And what makes them so great?)

    Noah's. I even see Hasidic Jews picking up big orders there. Yum. And their other pastries are to die.

    Eltana is my favorite bagel in Seattle. I slice them up and put them in the freezer cause. They are the perfect when toasted out of the freezer.

    The I Love New York Deli has the best bagels. They have the right combination of firmness and chewiness. Eltana comes in a close second with their wood-fired bagels. They have a nice density, and while I understand this is an intentional stylistic difference, they are a bit on the small side for my preference.
