Are there any build-it-yourself salad bars in Seattle other than @ Whole Foods?

Sometimes a guy just wants a salad for dinner that isn't pre-packaged with wilted yellow lettuce.

Metropolitan Market on Queen Anne has one. It's smaller than the one at Whole Foods (but still has a good variety) and it costs about $8 a lb. I think.

Cocoa Banana at 2nd & James has a nice salad bar. It's only available at lunch though.

Market Fresh on 3rd and Seneca is the bomb. Central Market in Shoreline has a KILLER salad/soup/antipasto bar- all the Town and Country Markets I have been to do.

Are you looking for places like Souplantation and the like, instead of salad bars inside markets?

Ballard Market's is really tasty. There's also a decent salad bar place inside the HUB at UW.

If you want to be old-school, Marie Callender's at Northgate has a salad bar.
