What are good walkable destinations near light rail stations?

I want an excuse to ride light rail somewhere I don't usually go. What are some good easy-walkable destinations near light rail stations?

Here is the light rail station list: http://www.soundtransit.org/Riding-Sound-Transit/Schedules-and-Facilities/Central-Link-Light-Rail.xml#stations

Here is my current list, please add anything I'm missing.

Westlake: Westlake Center, Pacific Place, a bunch of stores owned by Gap Corp.

University Street: Your work

Pioneer Square: Boring

Intl District: Uwajimaya, etc.

Stadium: Bros rooting for the home team, bobblehead dolls

SODO: ???

Beacon Hill: A library and a grocery store

Mount Baker: ???

Columbia City: Movie theater? Anything else worth visiting?

Othello: ???

Rainier Beach: ???

Tukwila: A dumb Park & Ride Lot

I just wish that they had not dropped the Southcenter Stop that was on the original plans. I think that would have really helped push the popularity of light rail much much more.

Columbia City just got a Full Tilt ice cream shop. There is also Tuta Bella and Jones Barbeque.

Mount Baker: There's a Lowe's somewhat kitty-corner across the street from the station. It's where I buy most of my musical supplies, so I've already taken advantage of it. (Amplified rakes are fun; q.v. Eugene Chadbourne.) Of course, there's only so much space available on the train, so forget anything much larger than you'd carry on the bus. That said, the trains are still surprisingly sparsely populated, so maybe you can stretch that a bit at the moment. There's also a QFC right by the station. It might be easier for some folks to do some shopping there rather than say, walking/busing from downtown to the Capitol Hill QFCs.

    For Mount Baker, read this:

In general though, the broadness of your question is mind-blowing as there are no easy answers. It also depends on what you like food wise, etc. For example, I've heard some good things about SODO Pizza. For more info on Link and pizza, see:

A few blocks from the Columbia City station you can find a park, library, Sombrero's Mexican Restaurant, and a co-op art gallery.

Some of the better coffee in the city, and almost certainly the best within walking distance of Link, is the Victrola on Beacon Ave (formerly Galaxie, and not much has changed). It's a nice space, too. Walking out of the station, go left about .3 mi, opposite side of the street.

My favorite Mexican restaurant, El Sombrero, is in Columbia City. Among all of the other cool places that other people mentioned. Columbia City is pretty great.

Oriental Express is a sort of bizarre restaurant/bar south of the SODO station on 4th Ave. It is a bunch of train cars pulled together. Bad service, bad Chinese food, but worth a stop for the novelty of it. http://menu.oe-restaurant.com/index.php
