Your favorite sandwich place in town?

Whats your favorite sandwich place in town? I had an insane Paseo craving last nite, it was bloody delicious as always. They could go easy on the mayo though..

Hillside Quickies has sandwiches that are difficult to eat but totally worth it. They happen to be vegan and they happen to be delicious.

For cheesesteaks, there's Tat's and then there's everyone else. I like mine with onions, Swiss cheese and fries. If you're concerned about clogging your last open artery, they have a great Cajun Turkey sub that's made with real roast turkey (not that nasty, processed turkey-roll stuff).

While you're in Pioneer Square, check out the Italian cold-cut sandwiches at Salumi. Their four-salami sandwich is good but their porchetta is possibly the best thing ever.

As a major fan of Paseo, I also love Salumi (pioneer sq) and Buffalo Deli (belltown).

Eats Market Cafe in Westwood Village, south end of West Seattle (near White Center) has great sandwiches. Cheeses, breads, bacon, all top-notch. Last night I had the Hot Turkey sandwich and then the amazing ice cream sandwich (comes with caramel dipping sauce) for dessert.

The Corned Beef Market, across the street from the metropolitan park.

Mia's on Broadway. Nice Korean/American sandwich shop. Good chicken salad, good bi bim bop. Her soups kick ass too.

Ok, I read this question thinking "Im so sure 3 of the answers will mention Tubs and Subs". Imagine my surprise when not one mention! Its the best sandwich place EVER - I have moved away from Seattle 4 years ago and still think about it and its one of my "must stop" spots when I come for a visit! YUMMY

Paseo for cuban. Other Coast Cafe in Ballard for all else.

Honey Hole on Pike and Belmont is pretty damn good, and I second Mia's Off Broadway at Harvard and Pine. Tiny place, and if it's busy you may have to wait a few minutes, but they have good food lovingly prepared by two very nice ladies.
