While driving, what is the best way to tell another driver they have a flat (underinflated) tire?

I was driving on I-5 and saw the car in front of me with a severely underinflated tire. What is the best way to inform them their tire may go flat soon?

Just drive regular and don't worry about it. Trying to maneuver around and get where they can see you and then make gestures while you're trying to drive is only going to cause a wreck. They could also lose control because of a flat tire, but it's doubtful.

If you're really sure they look like they're going to fly off the road because their tire is flopping around flat, call 911 and give them the plate.

I would pull up next to them on the side of the low tire, carefully try to get their attention, then point to their wheel.

Friend, when that happens, you know it's time for a hair-raising game of highway charades!

You don't have to try very hard. If they're too stupid to figure out that they should stop and take a look at their tires when some asshole next to them starts pointing and making funny faces, they deserve to die.

They might take out an innocent or two, but seriously, the universe is like 14 billion years old. The human lifespan is around 100. If a person dies at 30, ok, they lost 70 years. Out of 14 billion. WHO CARES?

Life is devoid of meaning, that's what I'm trying to say. What was the question?

Pull alongside them, preferably the driver's side, tap lightly on the horn thrice, and ever so gently force that motherfucker off the road.
