  0 0 I agree that you should go with Sugaring rather than Waxing. It is far less painful: the sugar substance is at room temperature, it pulls in the direction of the hair instead of against (far fewer ingrowns!), and the substance doesn't stick to your skin (less painful and less reddening after!). I have found it is about the same price as waxing (maybe a few bucks more). But there are many places to go besides the Sweet Spot, which often requires scheduling months in advance. My favorite place is Sugar Sugar in Ballard, but you can find several others if you search on yelp.com for "sugaring".
