    Would you compost cat food? Undigested, that is. I wouldn't - so the half-digested variety is probably out.

    Yes, it is. Unless it's full of tinsle.

    Animal waste isn't supposed to go in Seattle Yard Waste bins, so technically I'd say you ain't supposed to.

    I imagine if you put it in the food waste bin it's probably OK, they do heat that stuff up before they sell it.
    I wonder about the bottom half of a dead rat my cat just laid on me...wouldn't that be equvalent to raw meat as far as the food waste goes?

    I guess it depends on what they ate. I know that cat pee/poop isn't because of something in their digestive system.
