Anyone have a good vegan mole recipe?

I know, I know… silly vegans. But some of us have people we care about who struggle with this affliction. I was bragging to a vegan pal about Rancho Bravo's drool-worthy mole chicken and would like to share the mole joy with the less fortunate.

    You can make any mole recipe easily vegan. There is no dairy or other animal products in mole, and though most recipes call for a meat of some kind, simply leave it out.

    Here is a good recipe for a chili/mole combination. With all those beans and tortillas, who needs the meat? Alternately you could substitute TVP for the ground turkey this recipe calls for. I have made a version of it and it is delicious.
