Escape from LA. After shutting off the planet, Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) looks directly into the camera and says 'Welcome to the human race.' Brilliant.

This line is perhaps rivaled only by the end of Ford Fairlane: Rock and Roll Detective, in which the Dice asks us in his outrageously overdone New York accent "You didn't really think we killed the koala bear didja?" Koala is pronounced 'colla', and the koala bear to which he refers is one of the worst acts of animatronics ever committed.
