Is there a good realtor out there for finding an affordable house in Seattle?

I'm moving down from Bellingham due to a heart condition ie. my true love lives in Seattle. I can only afford Bellingham prices and want to find someone who will help me scrap and scrounge for that elusive house.

    Roger Steiner with Coldwell Banker in West Seattle. He's open, honest, down-to-earth and does a lot (but not exclusively) with condos and homes in that price range. I would use him again in a second. http://www.rogersteiner.com/
