  2 1 Red Light has a year-round costume store downstairs at their Broadway location, and could be a good place to start. There is also Champion Party Supply on Denny and 1st (border of lower Queen Anne and Belltown) and Display & Costume in Northgate. Provided these items are for an adult, you could also check out adult stores such as Castle and The Crypt . Or, you could go legit (and pricey) and check somewhere like Renton Western Wear .   0 0 I did happen to see a pink almost-cowboy-like hat (brim is a bit on the flat side, but the bucket part is decently stetsonesque) in the window display at Brocklinds Formal Wear & Costume (500 East Pike) - might be worth checking out.
