Does anyone know of pre-natal yoga for someone who works?I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and am interested in a pre-natal yoga class. (I've some yoga experience, having completed an Ashtanga class at the Samarya center.) I live on Capitol Hill, so anywhere in Madison Valley/Park, Cap Hill, Downtown, would be ideal. I work and would need either a class on the weekends or after 5:30pm. But, none of the yoga studios I can find online seem to offer pre-natal classes during this period. (It doesn't necessarily have to be pre-natal, but I do want to make sure that the instructor is aware of what poses are appropriate for someone who is pregnant and can provide alternate poses.) Any suggestions?? |
