Does anyone know of pre-natal yoga for someone who works?

I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and am interested in a pre-natal yoga class. (I've some yoga experience, having completed an Ashtanga class at the Samarya center.) I live on Capitol Hill, so anywhere in Madison Valley/Park, Cap Hill, Downtown, would be ideal.

I work and would need either a class on the weekends or after 5:30pm. But, none of the yoga studios I can find online seem to offer pre-natal classes during this period. (It doesn't necessarily have to be pre-natal, but I do want to make sure that the instructor is aware of what poses are appropriate for someone who is pregnant and can provide alternate poses.)

Any suggestions??

    Hey mama MSG,

Seattle Holistic Center's yoga program is often led by a warm, lovely lady named Colette who also happens to be a midwife/maternity RN so she's VERY aware/intelligent about the difference between yoga and prenatal yoga. (She also runs an awesome baby&me yoga class for after the little one has come out).
I honestly feel there's no one better in Seattle for what you are asking for.

    And,
Monday she has a 7pm class - and also one class on Saturday.

There are two locations: one is at the Meridian School (between Wallingford and Tangletown) and the other in on Aurora, next to Greenlake.

my wife enjoyed 8 Limbs on Capitol Hill when she was pregnant. They have a Phinney, W. Seattle, and Wedgewood location to. At least as of last year on Capitol Hill they had times offered that fit her work schedule.

FYI - My wife's a family practice doctor and was very aware of finding someone who did pre-natal yoga that was appropriate. She thought highly of 8 limbs.

    congratulations a good luck!
