I had intended to answer this after the Thankgiving holiday but then totally forgot until I got notified with Russ's answer. So sorry. I blame that chemical in Turkey that makes you tired and supposedly also forget things.

When you say you can't copy... Does that mean:
- it won't let you paste it at all
- you paste it but when you post it, it disappears or just appears as text?

It should work. If you get back to me with a little more detail and maybe what browser you are suing I can try and see what's going on.

Ok. Clearly the text on the filters was confusing. It should be much clearer now. Thanks so much for pointing this out.

The green word within the bracket indicates which state you're in.

So if you see "On" in green, and want the filter off, click it, and it will switch to "Off."

1. The question should be an actual question...
... not a statement phrased as a question. The idea is to solicit information not to express your opinion (you are welcome to answer your own question in the elaboration if it's relevant, but generally if you know the answer you probably don't need to be asking).

2. The question should not be abusive...
... which means you should phrase it in an open-minded way. Abusive questions tend to violate the first guideline anyway and are likely to be rejected.

3. Don't advertise your services...
... by asking a question that is an obvious set-up for your services or in any other creative but obvious way.

4. The best questions have local relevance to Seattle...
... while this is not a requirement, questions that are broadly philosophical or irrelevant to Seattle are likely to be scrutinized a little harder.

This is a remnant of the old style that is cached in your browser.

You can fix this problem by clearing the cache on your browser. The easy way, which usually works, is to hold down the shift key while hitting refresh.

In the cases where that doesn't work you can open the preferences, settings or whatever it's called on your browser and find the "clear cache" button.

In any case, we never share information about a person's identity when they sign up here on Questionland, in fact we probably don't have any info about him anyway. All we would have is his email address, and his email address would be anonymous.

You can and should "unfriend" him on Facebook.

You can try tineye.com. Save the photo to your local computer, then upload it to tineye and it will try to identify other places it has appeared.

I'm not really answering, but I can't comment on a question. I have the same issue as Sacrelicious and in particular when it's a question in the featured subject of the week, and I'd like to comment or give a mushroom but didn't have time that week to "babysit" my question, then I'm not able to comment after the week is over.

Like a lot of people, I like to think about what answer is best, wait until several come in, and even try out some of the advice before I give a mushroom, and I prefer to explain why I gave the mushroom.

I also like to follow questions I am not involved in, and sometimes I can't find them again.
