We are very lucky to have a thriving theater and dance scene in Seattle. But what to see? Where to go?

I was curious about the additional fee, so I looked at the Zinzanni web site. They make it sound as though the $10 service fee takes care of the tip for the food servers, though they also say the servers only get $6 of that fee. I'm not sure how that makes any sense. I also notice that, when you buy tickets, you pay an additional $7.95 "processing fee" for each ticket. Charging mandatory extra fees, instead of making them part of the ticket price, seems to be standard practice in the entertainment industry. The next time I hear someone involved in the industry complain that people don't go to live entertainment anymore, I'll point out how it's now impossible to go to a theater or live music show and not feel like a chump.
