  What exactly IS hempfest?

  0 2 If you like people watching, you will like Hempfest. If you don't like crowds go early. Went for my first time this year and it was great. Met kind, like minded people. Amazing glass at amazing prices. Diverse group of folks (People who say it's all hippies are flat out wrong). Lots of fun opportunities for the open minded. Always interesting to toke off a joint that weighs several pounds or see someone hit a 10 ft glass bong.
