Bainbridge Performing Arts is doing the live-theatre version, The Rocky Horror Show, for this Halloween.

(And I broke my RHPS cherry at the old Lewis & Clark theatre in 1976, a couple years before it moved to the Neptune as the midnight show.)

That was always the version I'd heard too. Maybe it's just those of us who lived in ghettoes or in the projects that know that particular story.

Fnarf's right. Anytime I get my heart set on some clothing item that's been discontinued, I keep searching the term at eBay, and so far, I've managed to find everything eventually.

A teaspoon or so of active-culture plain yogurt applied internally twice daily helps IMMENSELY with chronic yeast infections, or at least, it did for me. You can use acidophilus capsules too. I had better luck using them as a vaginal suppository than I did swallowing them.

Damned if I know why this got a thumbs-down - that actually does work for some women, because it makes the clitoral area more sensitive.

I don't like the Magic Wand either. I've had my best luck (since I was about 17!) with the cheapo 12-dollar plug-in "massagers" from the drugstore. I've worn out several. ;-)

    Oh, and hi, Allena. *waving*

Yup. Everyone knows a GLTBQ person. Not everyone realizes they do. So they fear what they do not understand.

It's 90% fear of what they do not know. Those people who claim, "I'm not a homophobe, I have gay friends!" and then make remarks like the aforementioned "flaunting it" are full of shit. They do not have actual gay friends. They saw a gay person on TV once. People who actually know gay/bi/trans/queerfolk know they are not The Other.

Teh Gayz - They're Just Like Us!

And Savage is right - the best thing those of us with alternative sexual identities can do is to be out about it, even with people who aren't Friends of Dorothy.
