    Ooops let me clarify i meant to say toll booth. What happens there? Since i dont live in WA and i was driving a rental? I dont want the rental place to screw me for having to pay a ticket i earned

    i understand the public parking bit, what didnt make sense to me is why they dont have a machine or booth at the entrance stating fees and that will charge on the way out. I have never been to a place where its an open lof with nothing stating fees or an employee overseeing the parking business. Oh and about the booth thats my biggest concern. first of all i dont know what the damage is on that one. And second, will i get something mailed here in CA or will it get sent to the rental joint. Sigh i miss texas lol :-P where everything is simpler and much cheaper
