  What restaurants have the best mushroom dishes in Seattle?

  0 0 I have to say, it was a while ago, but the portabello mushroom that I had at Seastar was divine. It was actually my girlfriend-at-the-time's, and I pretty much ignored my salmon and ate off of her plate the entire night.
