  Where can I get used magazines for cheap or free?

  0 0 Try a doctor's or dentist's office- if the stack big and dated, you'll be doing them a favor to de-clutter. I always just assumed they liked year-old magazines laying around but at least in the case of the pediatrician I worked for, she just rarely got around to clearing them out.   2 0 Eesh, sorry, I missed your comment. You are not a jerk. If the owners/baristas like you and don't care one way or the other if you tip a buck a week or three, keep it up. There's a big difference between the owners pouring your coffee vs. the workers (in my opinion). They probably appreciate your loyalty. So...disregard my former answer?   Tipping etiquette for if I just get drip coffee?

  3 3 Yes, unless you know for sure it's the same barista every time. Even then, it's pointless to even bother tipping at all if it's a dollar once a week. That said, you can make drip coffee at home, not worry about tip, and spend even less money if that's your concern (hey, I'm poor, that's what I do). Assuming you're spending, what, around a $1.50 for your drip coffee, and you are thereby spending less dollars than pretty espresso drinks, does it kill you to throw in a couple quarters each time for tip?   0 0 I spent $106 on the window from a wrecking yard, and about half an hour installing it (delayed by foolishly dropping plopping the window w/ loose parts in 6 inches of snow). Nonetheless, success! Marr commented about 1 year ago

  0 0 If Andy Rooney still kicking around and bitching about how he can't stand licking envelopes how it really bothers him that there are so many digits on his credit card number, then I'm all over 60 Minutes. Too Beautiful to Live- aren't couple of dudes from The Stranger responsible for that? And On The Media sounds intriguing. I'm a fan of Counterspin, but it too can get a bit grating.
