  0 0 He couldn't charge me with a DUI because I didn't consent to any tests. And I told him I would have to talk to my attorney. I've been told in TN that refusal to take a test is a violation of the "Implied Consent" law. In this case my license would be suspended for 1-2 years. My concern is that I might be charged with a DUI after I pay the ticket. Former User commented about 1 year ago
