Oops ... you would also need fire/hazard insurance. For example, if your tenant leaves the stove on and burns the interior of the condo, you'd want that to be covered. Still, what I said before still applies ... it will be the same insurance you had before, with the exception of the personal property coverage.

You might be wrong there, Parker. Hijabs can range from bright and colorful to drab and unflattering. The asker says her friend is a "sexy hipster", so I'm guessing she has a fashionable one and wears it well. Maybe you're thinking of a burqa?

I would agree with you if this were a cell phone or MP3 player. But, the asker's 20-year old Technics receiver is not a disposable piece of electronics. Especially since the problem is most likely with a $5 component.

He was with it from the beginning. He left a bit early because Andy announced he was going to end the show, and Knotts signed a movie contract. Andy later changed his mind, and Barney Fife was written out.

Yeah, no shit! It's not a bad answer. I think it is even a somewhat correct answer. True, gender matters less if they are spayed or neutered, but cats can still retain some of their pre-fixed behavior, especially if it is done late.

Thumbs up from me, if only to balance things out a bit!

Not to judge, NGC1275, but you're from SoCal and you moved to Seattle to get into cinematography? That's like moving from Hawaii to Greenland to learn about pineapples.

How many White people does it take to screw in a light bulb?

None, the Mexicans do it for them.

I'm 4 for 4 on no-shows in my ticket avoiding "career". Then again, I've never pissed off a cop so that I'd be remembered.

In this case, I would recommend delaying the trial for as long as possible. Hopefully, the cop will forget camera-gate.

And, again, there's nothing to lose. If the cop does show up, then you pay the ticket.

Highly dangerous, O my captain? Please. Highly dangerous would be running a red light at speed without looking.

In fact, it could be argued that a maneuver like this may be safer than waiting for the green light. The most dangerous thing for a cyclist after the light changes is a car going in the same direction turning right in front of or into the bike. By jumping the green light, a cyclist can make sure he/she is both visible and in front of the traffic.
