I agree with what Keshmeshi has posted-
recent studies have suggested (and I can personally attest to this) than just running or jogging doesnt cut it anymore. The health benefits for doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts promote both fat loss, cardiovascular health and tone muscle.
I suggest along with the other advice recommended that you focus less on counting the calories burned on the treadmill and start some HIIT, such as some crossfit workouts or others (they are plentiful online and can be tailored to your abilities. no need to purchase anything, you can youtube workouts) Changing a routine around is necessary to stimulate muscle growth and fat-loss. If you body doesn't react to jogging, do something crazy to it to make it start eating the fat in your body.
For further clarification, I use to run long distance, I could run a 5k in 16 minutes...now I have gained 40 ibs of muscle (over 5 years) and I can still run 2 miles in under 11 minutes even though I no longer run. At age 16 i ran 30-50 miles a week. Now I run maybe 5 times a month, but my doing HIIT, crossfit, powerlifting and occasional cycling my body continues to burn fat and build muscle while remaining health. The key to health is variety, try swimming, try lifting, try HIIT, switch it up and keep intensity high and you will see results
