  0 1 Ask a female friend to hook you up with a girl. When you go on a date make sure you dont talk too much and laugh and smile as much as possible. If she touches you then she probably likes you. When you call her back for a second date dont call more than once. If she doesent call you back then move on. You have to put yourself out there and dont worry about rejection. Also dont be too quick to dismiss a girl that you are not sure you are attreacted to. My experience has been that beautiful women can be arrogant (not always) and are too much a pain in the ass.
