    2. Take care of your own relationships. Your girls are watching you. From you they learn about relationships - commitment, honesty, intimacy, safe boundaries, humor, forgiveness...
    3. Find time in every day to connect and listen to your girls. Learning to manage your emotions is an important part of teen life. Girls who have had empathetic coaches along the way will be stronger decision makers as young adults.
