  0 0 Amy, I respect your work and your opinions and am not surprised to find you sharing your wisdom here! My son is only 8 but he withdraws when he's disappointed, mad or frustrated, and nothing works except what you've suggested. The less attention I give it at the time, the quicker it passes.
