  1 0 Hey, Thanks Everyone for the input! Am new to this kind of online forum and I've been surprised by the feedback. Thanks. I spoke with Nora Chinn, however, she is only responsible for paid parking. She referred me to a Julie Eriksen who further referred me to one of her supervisors, a R.J. Leonard. They were all three attentive and helpful. Mr. Leonard commented that this is not a ticket that he has seen written in such a circumstance and that this may have been written by someone with not much experience. He is contacting muni court to dismiss it altogether. Now I need to get to the other two bikers that recieved the same ticket. kirko commented 8 months ago
