  Have you ever been on the Amtrak Empire Builder train when it splits at Spokane?

  0 0 It's goes down around 2am so no announcements are made over the PA, but the conductors make it clear to everyone beforehand to be in the correct half of the train before spokane. The lounge and the diner are closed at that point as well. If you're on the platform at Spokane, the conductors make sure everyone gets back onto the correct part of the train.
