  0 0 Yes. For me it was closer to a year, but close enough. I was going through a divorce and felt really anxious and depressed all the time. I took bupropion (generic Wellbutrin) in a fairly low dose for a year and it helped to stabilize me. My situation improved with time as well, and about a year later I simply stopped taking the pills.   0 0 I respect that these things worked for you (great!), but I tried many of them myself to no avail. I have a 5-year-old, so I've ridden the hormonal rollercoaster of pregnancy and breastfeeding. I exercise a lot and am in good shape. I tried taking supplements that included calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D. I didn't try eating more onions/garlic, or drinking funky Chinese herbal teas (just regular old black tea). mynameiskate commented 7 months ago

  2 0 Yes, though I'm a bit hesitant to answer because what turned out to work best for me was... alcohol. I tried a bunch of different approaches (including vitamins and supplements) and eventually noticed that the thing that relieves my PMS tension the best is a glass of wine.
