If you only have four employees it is best to simply do payroll yourself. Paychex, ADP and CompuPay are going to be pretty expensive for what sounds like a small company.

Quickbooks (if you have a newer version) will upload the tax tables you need and update them as needed. BUT, I recomend having a CPA spend a few hours making sure your system is set up properly at the very start and that you are coding everything to the correct GL codes. YES, that part is going to be a little expensive up front but it will save you lots of problems (including an ugly audit) later on down the road.
