This is pretty bad. It's not your debt, they refuse to provide proof it's yours and they keep calling you at work after you have told them to stop. I agree with the fact these people simply don't care about the law and are simply trying to harass you until you pay them.

I googled them and they have offices in Nevada and Oklahoma and apparently no offices in Washington. My guess is that you probably have to hire an attorney of your own to get them to stop contacting you at work.

Also, check your credit report and put a fraud alert on all three reports.
