My hubby has a pair of their undees and lurves them. They have extra *ahem* room sewn into the front of them, and look super hot on him.

You don't have to do the monthly undees, you can call them and get a single pair. They come up to Seattle for some festivals, and that's where he got his pair.

LOTS of layers of sexy stuff, similar to how strippers do it, but to the extreme. Think the babushka-style wrapping a present. Start with pasties & string bikini, add bra and sexy panties, stockings, heels, wrap yourself in colored saran wrap, as Geni suggested, and embellish with traditional holiday trimmings (garland boa, ribbons, glitter, tinsel, etc.). Add a long coat (like a women's trenchcoat), with a big complicated bow tied around the outside of the coat. Get in a large, decorated cardboard box as Cedarthvader suggested.

In order to receive his his gift, he has to fully unwrap it, but with his mouth, and after you've tied his hands behind his back.

Yes, I generally take it into the bathroom, both in the airport and on the plane. I've had a few puffs in the seat a few times, but covered my face in a pillow, so none of the "steam" showed.

I haven't been bold enough to use it in public, because I'm paranoid people will still think I'm polluting their air or the flight attendants will freak out and demand the plane land or something crazy like that.

I gotta say its the stuffing. Which then becomes breakfast food for whole next week. Mmmm, cold stuffing for breakfast!!!

All the carbohydrate talk is accurate, but please keep in mind that your body requires carbohydrates to work properly. Please don't cut them out completely. The oatmeal is a keeper!

Yes, your body also burns fat for energy, but when you run out of fat, it will burn your muscle too (which could be happening to you given your caloric intake). Then you're slowing down your metabolism and programming your body to be in starvation mode. It will store as many carbs as possible in the form of fat for future use.

Eat complex carbs such as whole grain bread, brown rice, etc. Avoid processed food as much as possible.

And I wholeheartedly agree with the idea of weights and swimming. Do your strength/resistance training before your cardio. Given your height/weight, I would focus more on the strength training than cardio, but continue to do both.
