    Regarding salt, when do you add it and how much? When I made mozzarella my recipe listed salt as an ingredient, but never said how much or when to use it. The cheese had a perfect texture at the end, but the taste was off because of the lack of salt.

    You have some great options: Cafe Press only has a small bar, so you could sit in the rest of the restaurant and see the game. I've heard it has been really busy for the morning matches, so it could be a great atmosphere for you.
    The Ballard Loft is similar; all ages are allowed in most of the space until 9pm. They have pool, darts, and shuffle board upstairs. I believe that they are open at 7 for the morning matches.
    It may also be worth calling Cafe Racer on Roosevelt to see if they are all ages. I watched a few matches there during the last world cup and it had a nice vibe in the upstairs room.
