    I'd say it's closer to a 2 or 4.

    That sounds like my formula for how a first date should work. After the first date, I'm all for Basil's formula of it should be close to even,taking turns treating each other.

    Unless one partner makes significantly more than the other then it's different. I'm definately the lesser wage earner in my relationship and I send my partner out alone plenty or try to cook special things at home. I also tend to secretly save up to treat us to bigger ticket shows we normally wouldn't consider attending.

    Then again if it's a first date and I'm not interested then no one's covering me but me.

    I second this list and vitamin D supplements

    Also change your lightbulbs to full spectrum lights.

    Set little goals for yourself each week. They can be small but it can help and feel like you're making progress to mentally cross things off you've maybe been avoiding doing due to depression.
