  Can anyone recommend a better quality costume shop?

  4 0 A Masquerade Costume Shop (13310 Bel Red Rd Ste 102, Bellevue) in Bellevue has some very unique costumes. Some are the cheap stuff but they have a great selection of vintage clothes and high quality costumes. A lot are rentals as well so you don't end up buying something you only wear once.
